Centro Hotel represents a modern hospitality concept designed around comfort, efficiency, and smart contemporary living.
The project features clean architectural lines, warm interior spaces, and a practical layout that serves both business and leisure guests. Its design blends functionality with a refined aesthetic, using thoughtful materials, elegant finishes, and carefully crafted details across public areas, rooms, and common spaces. The overall atmosphere reflects a balance of simplicity and style, supported by high-quality fit-out, metalwork accents, and decorative glass elements that elevate the guest experience.
This development combines a mosque, two private villas, dedicated homes for the imam and the moazen, and a unified landscape within a single coordinated site.
Modern business hotels defined by style and functionality. Our scope included interior fit-out along with decorative glass and metal works, delivering clean, contemporary finishes that reflect the Centro brand identity.
Project Introduction The Centro Hotel stands as a benchmark in modern hospitality construction, defined by its balance of operational efficiency and contemporary aesthetics. Ramz Kayan was commissioned to deliver a comprehensive interior fit-out and architectural finishing package that aligns with the brand’s rigorous standards. The project required the translation of a design concept focused on “smart living” into a tangible, high-durability built environment suitable for both business and leisure travelers.
High-End Joinery & Wall Cladding: Installation of custom wall treatments and acoustic paneling in guest rooms and corridors to ensure sound isolation and visual warmth.
Flooring Solutions: Application of heavy-duty commercial flooring systems, selected to withstand high foot traffic while maintaining a refined appearance.
Ceiling Systems: Implementation of complex suspended ceiling designs that integrate lighting coves and HVAC diffusers without disrupting the clean architectural lines.
Architectural Metal: Custom fabrication of metal accents, including lobby dividers, stair railings, and decorative trim. This required strict adherence to material handling protocols to prevent surface imperfections during installation.
Structural and Decorative Glass: Installation of glass partitions and features that enhance the sense of space and light. The scope included the precise sealing and fitting of glass elements to meet safety codes and thermal performance requirements.
Coordination of Trades: Ramz Kayan acted as the central coordinator for multiple sub-trades, ensuring that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) first-fixes were perfectly aligned with the final interior finishes.
Material Logistics: Management of a complex supply chain to ensure just-in-time delivery of sensitive finishing materials, preventing site congestion and damage.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Implementation of a rigorous snagging and handover protocol to ensure zero-defect delivery across all guest rooms and public areas.
