Ramz Kayan delivered the interior fit-out for The RFIB Office, a project focused on creating a contemporary workspace optimized for focus and collaboration. The construction scope involved the efficient organization of the floor plate to accommodate private offices, open work clusters, and meeting facilities. The project relied on a technical blend of modern finishes and structural transparency.

Partitioning & Circulation

  • Glazed Partition Systems: Deployment of decorative glass partitions to facilitate transparency and light transmission throughout the deep floor plate.
  • Circulation Planning: Execution of a layout designed to streamline internal traffic flow between workstations and support areas.
  • Metal Detailing: Installation of structural metal accents to frame partitions and define the architectural hierarchy of the space.

Architectural Finishes

  • Wood & Wall Joinery: Integration of wooden features and custom joinery to provide visual contrast and warmth against the modern material palette.
