This development combines a mosque, two private villas, dedicated homes for the imam and the moazen, and a unified landscape within a single coordinated site. The mosque stands as the central architectural feature, shaped with calm geometry and balanced proportions, while the villas and staff residences follow practical modern layouts that support comfort, privacy, and daily use. The landscape links all components through planned walkways, shaded zones, and green areas that tie the site together. Selected architectural features incorporate metal details, decorative glass, and wooden elements, adding warmth, structure, and durability to the overall design.

Project Introduction
The Al Hada development is a turnkey construction project encompassing a community mosque and two service villas within a single coordinated site. Ramz Kayan delivered the full scope from structural execution to interior fit-out and landscaping. The project required the management of distinct building typologies—religious and residential—ensuring that the specific functional requirements of the mosque were met alongside the privacy needs of the staff residences (Imam and Moazen).
Civil Works and Structural Execution
- Structural Zoning: Management of differing foundation requirements and structural loads between the main mosque hall and the residential units.
- Turnkey Delivery: Execution of all core and shell works, waterproofing, and masonry, followed by the complete architectural finishing package.
- Residential Construction: Delivery of practically laid-out villas featuring durable residential finishes, optimized partitioning for privacy, and integrated residential MEP systems.
Architectural Fit-Out and Site Works
- Mosque Interiors: Installation of specialized acoustic treatments and lighting systems tailored for religious assembly. The scope included geometric detailing using wood and metal to enhance structural definition.
- Unified Landscaping: Implementation of a master site plan linking the mosque and villas. This included the construction of shaded walkways, boundary walls, and softscaping to create a cohesive perimeter.
