Throughout the spaces, crafted details, premium fit-out elements, and subtle metal and decorative glass touches help shape an environment that feels polished, modern, and true to the Le Méridien identity.

Project Introduction

For the Le Méridien Riyadh, Ramz Kayan executed a high-specification interior fit-out package. The project scope prioritized the delivery of polished, sophisticated finishes across public areas, lounges, and guest rooms. Key deliverables included bespoke metalworks and decorative glazing, requiring precise coordination with the hotel’s lighting and MEP designs.

Interior Detailing and Finishes

  • Decorative Metal & Glass: Fabrication of intricate metal screens and decorative glass features that serve as focal points in the lobby and common areas.
  • Lighting Integration: Coordination of finishes with complex lighting plans to ensure reflective surfaces (glass and metal) performed according to the design intent.
  • Premium Material Handling: Sourcing and installation of high-grade wall and floor finishes, managed under strict quality control protocols to ensure a defect-free handover.
