Project Introduction

Scalini Restaurant represents a complex hospitality fit-out project focusing on spatial flow and premium material execution. Ramz Kayan was responsible for delivering a polished, modern dining environment that adheres to strict operational standards. The scope emphasized the architectural integration of structural metal elements and transparency features to define the venue’s internal geometry.

Architectural Metal & Structural Elements

  • Feature Partitions: Fabrication and installation of bespoke metal partitions that serve as both structural highlights and spatial dividers, shaping the flow of the dining hall.
  • Focal Detailing: Execution of intricate metal architectural details that anchor the interior design, requiring precision welding and finishing techniques.
  • Material Coordination: Sourcing of high-grade metals to ensure consistency in finish and durability against commercial wear and tear.

Glazing & Lighting Integration

  • Decorative Glass Applications: Installation of specialized glass elements to manage visibility and transparency between private dining areas and the main floor.
  • Light Enhancement: Strategic placement of reflective surfaces to maximize the efficiency of natural and artificial lighting systems, enhancing the overall spatial volume.
  • MEP Coordination: Alignment of lighting fixtures with ceiling voids and metal structures to ensure a seamless aesthetic finish.
